DMCC, master developer of Uptown Dubai, said it has signed up Dubai-based contractor HLG to build the concrete raft foundation for one of two super-tall towers that will anchor the 10-million-sq-ft premium mixed-use destination.

Arada, the UAE’s newest developer, has awarded the infrastructure design contract for Aljada, the largest ever mixed-use project in Sharjah, to leading professional services firm Jacobs Engineering Group. The contract forms part of the overall Dh1.
