Waterbay ... a 10-storey luxury development by Bin Faqeeh.

Waterbay takes shape at Bahrain Bay

April 2019

Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Company is currently spearheading the development of Waterbay, the first-ever high-end luxury development in Bahrain in partnership with internationally known brands such as Roberto Cavalli and Paramount Hotels & Resorts.

Taking advantage of its strategic location in the heart of the capital Manama, Bin Faqeeh has secured the most desirable location along the promenade of Bahrain Bay to build a stunning 10-storey structure.

Waterbay comprises three distinct residential buildings located at the heart of Bahrain Bay near the Four Seasons hotel, The Avenues Bahrain and the Manama city centre, and offers spectacular sea views.

Of the three, the east tower is branded as Waterbay Residence by Roberto Cavalli; the central is Waterbay Centre; and the west tower has been branded as Paramount Residences Bahrain, Waterbay.

Reflecting Hollywood glamour and luxury, Paramount Residences Bahrain, Waterbay will be developed in partnership with Paramount Hotels & Resorts, and managed by the international hotel chain.

The company will draw on the expertise of its US parent company Paramount Pictures, which is based in Hollywood, California. The five-star apartments will have Hollywood A-list inspired interiors offering tributes to eras of movies and award-winning films and stars of the industry.

The luxury Waterbay Residence by Roberto Cavalli will feature signature Italian interiors designed by Roberto Cavalli. The brand will recreate a flamboyant yet sophisticated atmosphere with the RC Home’s offerings of luxurious interior design options, including jungle-inspired wallpapers, modular bookcases and sofas mixing leather and precious fabrics, luxurious chaises lounge and lamps, coffee tables and dressers, all embellished with metallic decorative elements. Roberto Cavalli’s concept is to tie the natural patterns and prints with high-end luxury to master developments like Waterbay.

Waterbay will offer various units, ranging from studio, one- to three-bedroom apartments, to duplex and simplex units and penthouse suites – all designed to provide comfort, convenience and satisfaction. There is also a two-storey basement parking for residents.

There will be elite facilities like ground-floor swimming pools that are heated and a Jacuzzi. Children will also have their own swimming pool and playground. In addition, there will be two gyms featuring a wide range of equipment in each tower.

For indoor activities, there is a home theatre room and a prayer room; while a sprawling landscaped garden provides a suitable venue for gatherings and barbecue events.

There will also be high-end retail spaces and restaurants in each tower located on the ground floor overlooking the promenade of Bahrain Bay.
